March 2010 PIN Enhancement Effective March 14, 2010, Manulife will introduce a new requirement concerning the Personal Identification Number (PIN) used to access your account at www.manulife.ca/GRO and the Integrated Voice Response (IVR) system. Beginning this date, if you have a four digit PIN, you will need to create a new PIN that is between 8-12 digits in length. If your PIN is between 6-8 digits in length, you are not affected by this change and will not need to create a new PIN. This change enhances the security of your personal information and provides you with added protection against fraudulent activity.
