Steps Retirement Program® (Steps) now easier to find Effective March 15, 2010, the menu option to access Steps on the secure member website has a new name. When members sign on, they will see that the menu on the left now uses 'Steps Retirement Program®' instead of 'My Retirement Goal'. This menu option still allows members to create or update their Steps goal and check the estimated annual retirement income that they are building.
