 To access your account information online you will need your customer number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).  Your customer number is located on the first page of your statement and in the welcome letter you received when you joined the plan.
 
 If you do not have a PIN
 When you have your customer number, you will need to contact Manulife to receive your PIN. Please call 1-888-727-7766 and press "1", then "2".  If you cannot remember your customer number, Customer Service Representatives are available to help you between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, from Monday to Friday. You'll be asked a few simple questions to confirm your identity.
 
 If you've forgotten your PIN
 Call 1-888-727-7766 and press "0" to speak to a Customer Service Representative.  Customer Service Representatives are able to help you between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, from Monday to Friday. You'll be asked a few simple questions to confirm your identity.
