 | How To Access Your Account
To access your account information by Internet you need a Customer Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will find your Customer Number on page 1 of your member statement.
Once you have your customer number, you need to call 1-888-727-7766 to register and create your 6-12 digit PIN. Using the telephone's numeric keypad, you'll be prompted to verify your identity with a few simple questions. Once your information is verified you will be prompted to enter a 6-12 digit PIN which you will use to access your account information via the secure website or the IVR telephone system.
